We're hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our Directors on a 360 desk. You'll come straight into a team that's on budget, with live roles from day one, high-level Exec vacancies, and a clear path to leading your own division if that's what you want.

What you'll be doing
- Running a 360 desk, from winning new business to placement and beyond
- Building and growing your own client accounts, turning new relationships into long-term partners
- Headhunting senior and Exec-level talent into vacancies across our client base
- Using market intel to spot new business before anyone else does
- Supporting and sharing your experience with newer consultants in the team
- Representing Mantell in the market, because every conversation builds our brand and network
What you'll bring
- Solid 360 recruitment experience, perm or contract
- A consistent billing track record and strong business development
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ambition to grow, whether that's building your desk or leading a team
