This is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, delivering and continuously evolving Mantell Associates' L&D function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll create a best-in-class learning environment that enables consultants, managers and future leaders to achieve exceptional performance throughout every stage of their careers. You'll build structured development programmes, embed a culture of continuous learning, and ensure our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to thrive in a highly competitive international recruitment market.
Director of L&D - Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the company's global Learning & Development strategy.
- Design structured training programmes for new hires, experienced consultants, managers and senior leaders.
- Create clear learning pathways aligned with career progression across the business.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Build leadership development programmes to support future management talent.
- Partner with Directors to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
- Introduce innovative learning methods, digital training platforms and performance resources.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programmes using KPIs, performance data and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver exceptional onboarding and induction programmes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, coaching and high performance throughout the organisation.
- Ensure training remains aligned with market trends, recruitment best practice and commercial objectives.
- Significant experience leading Learning & Development within a recruitment, sales or professional services environment.
- Experience coaching recruitment consultants and developing future leaders.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, business development and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and coaching skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to link learning outcomes to business performance.
