We are looking for an Investment Manager / Lead to join our team at an exciting point in our growth journey. This role offers scope to evolve, with the opportunity to step into a senior position as our PBSA platform continues to scale. You will support senior leadership across investment analysis, acquisition appraisal, and portfolio performance for a growing PBSA portfolio. This is a hands-on role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle – from feasibility and modelling through to reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing detailed financial models for PBSA investments
- Supporting acquisition and JV partner with robust investment analysis
- Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance
- Preparing materials for investors, lenders and internal stakeholders
- Researching UK PBSA market trends and funding conditions
