Mansion Property Management Limited is a specialist operator and developer of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), delivering refurbishment and development projects across a growing UK portfolio.

We are looking for a Project Manager at a graduate or early-career level to join our in-house Project Management team. This role would suit either:

  • A graduate who has completed a year-long placement in construction or project management, or
  • A Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager with a few years’ experience.

Essentially, you will have experience within PBSA or a similar high-volume sector (e.g. volume residential, build-to-rent, large-scale refurbishments).

The role

You will support the delivery of capital refurbishment and extension projects (£1m–£15m), working alongside the Project Management Team, consultants and contractors across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of refurbishment and development projects across PBSA assets
  • Assisting with project specifications, procurement and cost control
  • Supporting pre-acquisition technical due diligence, surveys and reporting
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Assisting with tendering, contract documentation and administration
  • Tracking progress, risks, budgets and key milestones

This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, with clear progression opportunities.

About you

  • Degree-qualified in a construction, property or project-related discipline
  • Graduate with a completed year placement or early-career Project Manager
  • Experience in PBSA or a comparable sector
  • Understanding of construction processes and JCT contracts
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

  • Bachelor's Degree, including industry experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
