We are hiring a UI/UX Developer to join us for a brand new client project.

Please note, this is a hands-on Development role.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive UI components for web and mobile applications.
• User Experience Design: Conduct user research, develop user personas, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and perform usability testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life and ensure they meet the needs of users and the business.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
• Responsive Design: Design and implement responsive interfaces that work across multiple devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback on design concepts and improve the user experience.
• Code Implementation: Collaborate with Front End developers to implement UI elements and ensure that designs are executed accurately.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and development.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for design specifications and user flow processes.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role in digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and development projects, with a focus on user-centered design solutions.

London based with occasional office visits.
