Position Overview
As a Sales Representative – Technical Software, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. You don’t need to be a technical expert, just someone with curiosity about technology, strong communication skills, and a desire to help businesses find the right software solutions. Full training and product support will be provided. This role offers a competitive package consisting of a base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients across industries interested in technical or simulation software.
- Research and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Present and promote Mansim’s software products and services (training provided).
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and organised, with good time management and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships.
