Manshead Church of England Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote and sustain high attendance levels across pre-16 students. You will monitor attendance data, report findings to the Senior Leadership Team and collaborate with students, staff, parents and carers to reduce absences.
The role requires an organised, flexible and responsible approach, with safeguarding awareness to act when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.
