We’re looking for an experienced Line Leader from the fresh produce sector to manage a fast-paced packing line in operations. You’ll ensure products meet customer standards for quality, packaging, and compliance—while keeping production efficient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and check the line before starting
  • Coordinate with team members on job priorities
  • Order and collect packaging and labels, ensuring QC approval
  • Check fruit variety, grower, and job details
  • Train and brief packers, monitor hygiene
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Track job progress and update records
  • Order extra fruit and packaging when needed
  • Clear and clean the line after each job
  • Report job completion to the Packhouse Manager
