The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all stock is scanned and manually counted, that the right product is being sent and the correct DU/BB/Date Codes are being used. All paperwork to be fully produced (stock sheet / order / daily date sheet).

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating the stock sheets (when needed) once the data transfers have been done.
  • Entering data to files.
  • Double checking stores when an error is spotted.
  • Identifying packed product that needs to be used (minimum date) and highlighting it to Stocks Admin.
  • Updating stock sheets (when needed) as per 3rd party’s requests.
  • All procedures that are in place to be adhered to at all times (i.e. health and safety).
  • Pre-size bins checking and Store plans completion (when needed).
  • Ensuring stores are clean and tidy each night.
