  • Inform chillers regarding priority of jobs and keep them updated on any changes.
  • Prepare and set up the machine efficiently.
  • Train the chillers, check the chiller and machine hygiene.
  • Inform all staff on the palletizer about the jobs ahead and give necessary instructions.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Continually check the minus sheet for any updates.
  • Ensure additional fruit and packaging is ordered in a timely manner if the job increases.
  • Ensure all packaging is removed from the palletizer at the end of each job and is clean.
