The main purpose of this role will be to maintain machine and equipment performance in all packhouses and stores to minimise downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain the machines in an efficient and hygienic manner.
- To ensure that machines are maintained in accordance with the commissioning and/or preventative maintenance schedule and repaired as necessary.
- To ensure an efficient change of tooling on East Site.
- To ensure efficient servicing of machines.
- To ensure machinery and tools are kept clean.
- To ensure that all problems arising are brought to the attention of the Head of Engineering or the Supervisor.
- To ensure the handover maintenance log is completed and sent at the end of the day.
- To ensure all parts taken from stock are booked out correctly.
- To keep the workshop tidy, clean and organised.
