Join our quality team at Mansfield’s, ensuring that all packed products meet customer standards and legal requirements. You’ll help maintain food safety, fruit quality, and pack presentation—while supporting the team and reporting any issues to the QC Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality checks and complete documentation accurately
  • Inspect fruit and packaging to meet customer and legal standards
  • Report any quality issues or trends to the QC Manager
  • Support and motivate the packing team to maintain high standards
  • Lead daily briefings and provide training where needed
  • Maintain compliance with BRC and customer standards
  • Ensure equipment is calibrated and well cared for
  • Collect shelf-life samples on relevant lines

The roles are working on a weekly rota, so a flexible approach to work is required as the business works a 7-day operation.
