Responsibilities
- Perform all start up checks for the line.
- Inform chillers regarding priority of jobs and keep them updated on any changes.
- Prepare and set up the machine efficiently.
- Train the chillers, check the chiller and machine hygiene.
- Inform all staff on the palletizer about the jobs ahead and give necessary instructions.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Continually check the minus sheet for any updates.
- Ensure additional fruit and packaging is ordered in a timely manner if the job increases.
- Ensure all packaging is removed from the palletizer at the end of each job and is clean & tidy.
- Report to the Packhouse Manager once all orders are complete.
