We’re looking for an experienced Line Leader from the fresh produce sector to manage a fast-paced packing line in operations. You’ll ensure products meet customer standards for quality, packaging, and compliance—while keeping production efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and check the line before starting
- Coordinate with team members on job priorities
- Order and collect packaging and labels, ensuring QC approval
- Check fruit variety, grower, and job details
- Train and brief packers, monitor hygiene
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Track job progress and update records
- Order extra fruit and packaging when needed
- Clear and clean the line after each job
- Report job completion to the Packhouse Manager
