A lovely Small / Medium Size Housing Charity is looking for an IT Helpdesk Assistant, reporting into a Senior IT Manager and Office Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support, clearing tickets, and dealing with queries daily.
  • Setting up laptops for new starters and escalating issues.
  • Supporting staff and stakeholders using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, VoIP telephone system, mobile phones/tablets, AV equipment, and in-house CRM.
  • Assisting in monitoring and maintaining the organisation's ICT equipment, network infrastructure, and CCTV.
  • Working with HR to assist with onboarding of new starters, including setting up workstations, laptops, new user accounts, email accounts, telephony, and office software.
  • Providing basic training on Microsoft Office 365.
  • Supporting other teams if required and covering team member absences.

Salary: £28k for working 25 hours per week (9am-2pm each day in office).

Duration: Initially a 2-year contract but can go permanent.

Location: Fulham / Chelsea, with occasional travel to other offices in West London.

You must be on 1 week notice or less and can start ASAP.
