LEAD GENERATORS – TELEMARKETING - Full Training - Not a customer services role. This is not a remote or Hybrid opportunity. It is working Monday - Friday in a great team environment from the Dartford Office to £22K (DOE) BASIC + MONTHLY COMMISSIONS/UNCAPPED OTE. Fantastic career prospects - many benefits. This is an outbound role and not customer service. You must have previous telesales outbound/BDE experience and be used to or willing to achieve a high call ratio daily. Our client is an award-winning Group expanding their team. The time has now come for them to expand further and are able to offer a fantastic opportunity for 10 new team members.

About you:
- You WILL reach and exceed sales targets and with an uncapped commission structure, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and providing offers to our customers.
- Unlike other telecom companies, we do not set our Sales Team up to fail and ongoing training and coaching will be provided to ensure your potential is fulfilled.
- Don’t worry if you have not had any previous sales experience, we are looking for candidates who have a willingness to learn and have serious career ambition.
