Mansfield Superbowl are seeking to employ a receptionist. This is an exciting role that is heavily focused on providing excellent customer service to each and every one of our customers. We heavily encourage candidates with an interest in cross-training and becoming more of a Team Member which would include working in our kitchen, the bar and running bowling leagues/tournaments on a regular basis. This also gives you the opportunity to receive additional hours each week. We are open to discussing this opportunity with candidates looking for part-time or a full-time position. Hours available will vary depending on the candidate, we anticipate as a minimum 20 hours per week will be provided with a very high chance of working up to around 30+ hours per week for the right candidate. Main Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Meeting & Greeting customers into the centre.
- Checking customers in and put them onto their lanes using our booking system.
- Cash handling.
- Running leagues/tournaments.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Till work.
- Taking bookings and logging them correctly on the system.
- Taking telephone payments.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Serving on the bar.
- Cross-Training on all departments.
- General cleaning (glass collecting, cleaning tables, mopping spillages etc).
- Helping out on other departments such as the bar or front of the diner.
- Shutting down your department to a high standard.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to the nature of this position we can only accept applications from candidates aged 18+ as you will be serving alcohol. We require our Reception staff to be fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts such as: Mornings, Evenings (up until 11pm), 10–12-hour shifts at times, Weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays.
