Joining us as a Trainee Service Advisor means you will be the key point of contact for our customers within the aftersales function, providing them with support and guidance to ensure that their vehicle is safe, reliable and operating at its peak. It is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible.
About the role: We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer services background or has a passion for supporting customers. Experience in the motor industry is not necessary. Full training and development support will be provided to ensure that you will gain the skills necessary to be successful. A positive attitude and desire to help our customers are the most important skills you will need.
As a Perrys Trainee Service Advisor, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from booking in customers and arranging courtesy cars, discussing the details of the service or repair, to advising customers of aftersales products that suit their driving needs and resolving customer queries.
About you: You will have good communication skills with the ability to listen to our customers’ needs and take pride in engaging with people and with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly. A full UK Driving licence would be an advantage. A willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota.
