Hours of work: Perrys are committed to working with our employees for a focus on a good work life balance. We are one of the few car dealerships not open Sundays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends. Our trainee sales executives work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday on a 3 week cycle to provide 1 in 3 weekends off, averaging 40.75 hours per week.
You will earn a basic salary of £25,000 per annum with an OTE of £38,500. With a wide range of benefits on offer including:

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from or is interested in a customer service or sales background. Experience in selling cars is not necessary. We have a full sales development programme to ensure that you will gain the skills you need to be successful.
As a Perrys Trainee Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Delivering not just a new car to them but a complete package to suit their driving needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from arranging test drives, to discussing finance options, to prospecting for new customers.
About you: You will have good interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to listen to our customers' needs and take pride in engaging with people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Open to new ideas and committed to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly. You will have a full UK Driving licence. A willingness to work Saturdays.
