Support Officer (Voids)
£26,403 – £28,142 (pay award pending)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced candidate to assist in the delivery of an effective housing service by carrying out tasks within the day-to-day delivery of our current voids repair’s function.
Based within the Housing Repairs and Assets team, the post holder will have responsibility for the day-to-day administration and co-ordination of void properties, from the receipt of keys, entering the void onto the repairs system, monitoring, ensuring the transfer of keys through trades in the most efficient manner, through to the return of the keys when all work has been completed. This will involve processing invoices (including checks and balances against quoted works), data administration, KPI reporting, liaising with contractors and other authority departments, along with other varied aspects of general administration.
