We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance Team at Mansfield District Council which is a forward thinking district within the county of Nottingham and serves a population of approximately 110,000. The role of Senior Financial Advisor is an important role within the Financial Services team. The successful candidate will provide support to in delivering core financial / management accounting services within the council. The Finance team is focused on provision of accurate insightful financial and management accounting reports to management and budget holders by cultivating strong and effective collaborative business partnering. We are looking for a partly qualified accountant or AAT qualified with experience in the public and or private sector, a team player who would embrace the challenge of adding value to the council\’s operations both in and outside of finance, with an eye for detail.
