Refuse Driver/Loader

Overview

Working Hours: between 5-30am and 4-30pm Monday to Friday. There may also be a requirement to work some Saturdays/Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting staff and maintain safety & welfare during collection activities.
• On occasion, act as a collector and be able to manually handle bins, walk long distances, and work outdoors in all weathers.
• Maintain a flexible approach to the working pattern and duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Class 2 HGV driving licence (to be held by the applicant).
• Commitment to delivering excellent frontline services.
• Strong customer service skills and adaptability to work with a range of different people in a fast-paced environment.
