We have an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Repairs Team as a suitably qualified Plumber and Gas Fitter.
We are looking for applicants with a minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant area or equivalent relevant qualification who must be competent in undertaking a variety of plumbing and gas fitting duties including repairs to tenanted and empty properties, boiler installations and gas servicing.
You will have experience of working in occupied properties and understand the importance of providing good customer care. The ability to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision and able to multi-skill is essential.
Additionally, you will also require a current valid full UK Driving Licence.

The post has a working day finishing at 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm finish on a Friday, giving you a better work life balance. With options for voluntary call out if wanted.
