About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Services Advisor to join our dedicated team at Mansfield District Council. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in helping people access the services and provide support, whether that is through the digital services or signposting to the relevant departments. Must provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face contact, whilst handling a wide range of enquiries in a helpful, empathetic, and professional manner.
