An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Work Scheduler to join Mansfield District Council's Housing Repairs team. You will assist the Team Leader in the organisation and delivery of repairs and maintenance works to Mansfield District Council’s housing stock; utilising in-house trade teams and sub-contractors.
You will work as part of a team preparing work programmes and allocating work ensuring the management of an effective and efficient service and maintaining performance against key indicators.
You will also have:
- Knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance
- Experience in the delivery of repairs and work scheduling
- A high level of self-motivation and self-discipline
The post has a working day finishing at 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm on a Friday, giving you a better work-life balance.
