Mansfield District Council are looking for an operative to complete cleansing within the authority’s sheltered housing complexes. The post holder will be expected to work alone, using their own initiative whilst supporting the rest of the team as required.
Duties include cleansing of the communal areas within the complexes which include corridors, kitchen area, toilets etc and any shared facilities ensuring that all safety practices are adhered to at all times. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for one complex but would be expected to work at other sites should there be a requirement to do so to meet the needs of the service.
You will need to be able to communicate well with customers and colleagues and have a commitment to providing an excellent service to our residents within the complex.
