The Private Sector Housing team are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and self‑motivated administration assistant to work within our busy private sector housing enforcement and grants teams. Working closely with both our Grants Team and Private Sector Housing Enforcement Team you will provide administration support through front line communications with a diverse range of customers that our service supports.
You will play a key role in day to day operations of the service through taking calls, processing invoices, raising orders and approvals for financial assistance. You will also have an important role in supporting the officers with updating our complaints management system.
The successful applicant will be a confident and self‑motivated individual with excellent communication and IT skills. You will also be part of a small supportive team with the ability to work in both an agile and flexible way to enhance your work life balance.
