ICT Support Technician

£28,598 - £33,699 per annum (pay award pending)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced systems support technician to join our busy ICT team at Mansfield District Council.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing support to end users and undertaking a wide range of duties including the investigation and resolution of technical hardware and software issues, configuration and deployment of desktop hardware and peripherals along with developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and asset registers.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills via telephone, email and face-to-face contact whilst handling a wide range of enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic DBS check
