Job Description

The Housing Needs service is recruiting for a Housing Choice Officer to work within the local authority\’s choice-based lettings service.

You will play a key role in ensuring the council\’s choice-based lettings scheme is allocated and appropriately matched from the housing register.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be able to respond effectively to customer inquiries.

You should also be highly organized, motivated, and possess a creative approach to service delivery.
