The Housing Needs service is recruiting to the post of Homefinder Review Officer to work within the Homefinder service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Homefinder appeals in accordance with policy.
- Support the service by responding to data requests from the regulator of social housing.
- Effectively co‑ordinating the void process for the Housing Needs service.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written skill for responding to customers.
- Highly organised and motivated with a creative approach to service delivery.
- Required to undertake a Basic DBS check.
