An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Manager to join Mansfield District Council’s Housing Repairs team.

The post holder will play a key role in the management and delivery of electrical repairs and testing to council owned properties and ensure compliance with the latest Electrical Regulations. You will take the lead and be responsible for the management and organisation of a team consisting of an Electrical Supervisor, Support Officer, Electricians and sub-contractors.

You will manage delivery of the 5 yearly electrical testing programme and job allocation to trade operatives. You will project manage and monitor performance against targets that are within budget to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service.
