Interim Finance Director | Social & Supported Housing Our client, a London-based Housing Charity, is looking for an interim Finance Director for a 4-6 month project (potential extension).
The role focuses on reviewing, creating, and improving Management Information reporting; partnering with Finance, IT, and other department heads to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, training teams, and enhancing processes.
Key Responsibilities Review, create and improve MI reporting.
Partner with Finance and other departments to understand and explain variances.
Review KPI's and ensure accurate reporting to housing regulation requirements.
Ensure effective internal controls and processes in line with Housing Regulations.
Train Finance team and other stakeholders to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT and implementation consultants on housing system migrations and report accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Senior Finance Interim with substantial experience in Social Housing and integrated Housing Databases.
Strong ability to explain the 'why' behind financial metrics.
Experience reviewing and creating KPI's.
Demonstrated success in ensuring effective internal controls in housing organisations.
