My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Production Leader / Manager to join their team and drive operational excellence in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily production activities to meet company goals
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders
  • Liaise with customers to manage expectations and provide updates
  • Maintain the highest quality standards across all operations

Additional Responsibilities & Skills

  • Organise and oversee recurring ISO9001/14001/45001 activities, including machine maintenance and fire safety compliance
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards meet current legislation
  • Support customer and business development alongside the Senior Management team
  • Understand basic financial concepts including mark-ups, margins, gross and net profits
  • High level of competency with MS Office
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and willingness to learn company-specific systems
  • Strong technical background with awareness of manufacturing and machining techniques
