A growing engineering company is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support efficient inventory management and order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles Accurately receipt goods through the company’s MRP system in a timely manner Store, control, and pick components across all warehouse areas, ensuring inventory accuracy Label and maintain correct part locations within the warehouse Cut raw materials to specification as required Pack and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring secure handling and accurate documentation Prepare and complete all shipping and customs paperwork for domestic and overseas deliveries Uphold quality standards, health & safety, and environmental procedures across all activities Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse role within manufacturing or distribution Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Experience with MRP systems Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes preferred Familiarity with engineering documentation Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment The Package: Offering up to £28,000 plus a competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday
