The Role
We are looking for an organised, hands-on Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.
You will manage the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of parts while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, assembly, and timely dispatch of goods
- Liaise with suppliers and transport providers
- Process import/export customs documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts to excellent standards
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and handling equipment
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory (FIFO)
- Support warehouse organisation, space utilisation, and housekeeping
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
