The Company My client is seeking a multi-skilled (mechanically biased) Maintenance Engineer or Service Engineer with experience in repairing and refurbishing industrial capital equipment or special-purpose machinery. This role involves UK-wide travel to customer sites, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery. The Role Service, maintain, and repair high-quality CNC machinery across the UK. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults. Conduct both scheduled maintenance/upgrades and reactive breakdown repairs (~50/50 split). Provide technical support over the phone and via email when required. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Complete all service documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
