The Role

Acting as a key link between the sales, engineering, and client teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the guidance, quotations, and follow-up support they need - both before and after the sale. Working closely with a knowledgeable technical sales team, you will help represent a highly respected product line, while also supporting the wider sales operation with quotes, pricing, and communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Creating and managing quotations for spare parts, machinery, and full system packages
- Tracking conversions from quotes to confirmed orders and keeping records up to date within the CRM
- Supporting clients with product advice and technical queries pre-sale
