Location: Warrington

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proposals Engineer to join their growing team within an established UK-based engineering company. This role is ideally suited to a motivated individual with an engineering background who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accurate quotations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to obtain the required technical and commercial information
  • Supporting the sales team with 2D AutoCAD drawings where required
  • Ensuring that all quotations are produced in line with company templates and standards
  • Providing regular reports on quotation volumes and values
  • Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to ensure alignment with client expectations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (desirable)
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and at all levels
  • Capable of managing deadlines and prioritising workload
  • Analytical and confident decision-making skills
