The role focuses on the repair, overhaul, assembly and testing of high-precision mechanical assemblies, working to exacting quality standards within a modern workshop environment.
The Role As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for dismantling, inspecting, repairing and rebuilding complex mechanical assemblies while ensuring all work complies with engineering procedures and quality standards.
You will also play a key role in troubleshooting legacy components, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate workshop documentation.
