The Role
My client is seeking a Production Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, supporting the assembly and manufacture of specialist products to a high standard. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of production and assembly duties, working from manufacturing instructions and supporting the wider production process. This role would suit someone with good attention to detail, a practical mindset, and experience within manufacturing or assembly environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly and production tasks in line with company procedures
- Use hand tools, equipment, and machinery to support the manufacturing process
- Follow production instructions, drawings, and build documentation
- Support soldering and general assembly activities where required
- Carry out product inspection and quality checks throughout production
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Follow company health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines and output targets
- Support additional manufacturing duties as required
The Candidate
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
