The Role The role is to make sure that the company’s manufacturing process runs smoothly and in compliance with company procedures. Define, develop, and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing manufacturing processes, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality while ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput. Organise and manage production workflows, integrating systems to meet performance and budget targets. Oversee tooling management and ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation. Resolve production issues by collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and staff to maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through risk assessments and internal audits.
