Using a manual lathe and mill on a daily basis.

Working on other workshop equipment including grinders and CNC Machinery.

Manufacturing parts to Engineering drawing supplied.

Providing support and identifying solutions for day-to-day manufacturing issues

Maintaining production documentation including route cards, tooling, process, and inspection sheets

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company and legislative requirements for Health and Safety

Inspecting and maintaining current tooling and identifying wear or replacement requirements. Skills and Experience

The Candidate

Competent with manual centre lathes and manual mills

Able to read and understand 2D drawings and geometric tolerances.

Experienced with surface and cylindrical grinding

Experienced in CNC machining is beneficial
