With a reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative products, they continue to expand their operations and are looking for a skilled CMM Operative to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect aerospace components and ensure conformance to engineering specifications.

Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines

Use CMM software to measure and analyse parts and materials, documenting all findings in detailed reports.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD data to conduct accurate measurements of parts and assemblies.

Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality throughout the production cycle.

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience operating CMM machines in a manufacturing environment.

Experience using CNC machines

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

Knowledge of metrology principles, measurement techniques, and industry standards.

Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

Relevant qualifications in CMM operation or metrology are desirable.
