Machine Customisation Engineer

We currently require an Electrical/Mechanical Field Engineer with relevant experience of CNC machine tools. The applicant will be involved in all aspects integrating of machine tools into automated cells. The job will also involve carrying out electrical and mechanical retrofits to existing and new Makino and Okuma CNC machine tools. The applicant will be required of test and document all work. This work will need to be carried out in Coventry or on site at the customer anywhere in the world. Recognized qualifications in Engineering with experience of machine tool repair or build and ideally of Fanuc and Okuma controls. Experience of CNC machine tools would be an advantage. Experience in Panel building, PLC programming, robot programming and Cad drawing would be a distinct advantage
