An established aerospace organisation is seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to support daily operations within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will take ownership of despatch, inventory accuracy, import processing and operational compliance.
The Role
- Coordinate and prepare goods for despatch
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams
- Manage goods-in, returns and import documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and customs-controlled stock records
- Oversee daily vehicle checks and fleet compliance
- Produce operational reports and maintain ERP system accuracy
- Ensure 5S standards across operational areas
About You
- Experience in logistics, warehouse or despatch operations
- Supervisory or team coordination experience advantageous
- Understanding of import/export documentation
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
- Full UK driving licence
