They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Stores Person to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.
About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the stores function and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and the achievement of On Time In Full (OTIF) targets.
This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for driving process improvements in a high-volume, multi-SKU environment.
Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day receiving, inventory control, and order picking operations * Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution * Oversee goods-in QC and resolve quality, quantity, and documentation issues * Manage production tooling, kanban systems, and replenishment processes * Ensure ERP system integrity (stock levels, locations, BOMs) * Liaise closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Project teams * Champion 5S standards and continuous improvement initiatives * Support demand forecasting and MRP processes Requirements * Proven experience in a senior Stores, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Supervisory role * Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and BOMs * Excell...
