An established engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health Safety and Environmental processes within a fast-paced production environment.

  • Manage and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards
  • Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints and warranty issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and FMEA
  • Monitor quality metrics including defects, rework and returns
  • Develop and maintain Health Safety procedures in line with UK legislation
  • Conduct risk assessments and oversee safe systems of work within a manufacturing environment
  • Monitor environmental performance including waste, emissions and energy usage
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Health Safety compliance
  • Experience managing in-house quality procedures and audit processes
  • Ability to carry out root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of refrigeration or F-Gas regulations
