The Quality Technician β Documentation & Compliance supports manufacturing operations by developing, maintaining, and improving quality documentation and compliance processes. The role focuses on SOPs, work instructions, training records, and internal audits to ensure consistency and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. This is initially a 4-month fixed-term contract, with potential to develop into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with ISO, regulatory, and internal QMS requirements.
- Manage document control, including revisions, approvals, and version control.
- Conduct internal audits of production processes and training records.
- Maintain accurate quality and training records.
- Support audit preparation, reporting, and administrative quality activities.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions.
- Support third-party quality audits as required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of document control, quality systems, and SOP development.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or similar standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Comfortable working across office and manufacturing environments.
Shift: 6am-4pm Monday to Thursday
Salary: Β£28-36K Pro Rata
