Job Description

The company hold a leading market share in the supply and maintenance of Bespoke electromechanical products\\n\\nThe role will cover mainly the M1 corridor, so ideally you will be based around Reading, Watford or Luton\\n\\nMain Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Aiming to be onsite at your first call of the day by 9am\\n\\n * Having a flexible attitude towards long distances and staying away from home overnight as required\\n\\n * Clearing all quarterly PM’s on individual areas\\n\\n * Assistance with clearing PM’s on vacant areas with the aim of achieving a company quarterly zero PM position\\n\\n * Achieve and maintain company breakdown SLA targets\\n\\n * Diagnose and repair faults, in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner\\n\\n * Achieve and maintain a minimum 75% first time fix rate\\n\\n * Respond to urgent requests for assistance out of area as required\\n\\nSkills:\\n\\n * Good electrical/mechanical knowledge with good understanding of electronics\\n\\n * Good fault diagnosis skills and structured approach, ability to prioritise and allocate tasks as required\\n\\n * Good fact-finding skills\\n\\n * Good commercial awareness\\n\\n * Aim to achieve quarterly/yearly supplies and contribution sales targets\\n\\n * Aim to achieve a good level of lead generation\\n\\n * Structured and organized approach\\n\\n * Competent use of PC’s and e mail\\n\\n * Good interpersonal/empathy building skills\\n\\n * Good presentation and communication skills\\n\\nSalary – up to £35,000\\n\\nOTE £37,000 + Car, Phone, Laptop
