A UK based global manufacturer of bespoke solutions in the scientific sector is seeking an External Sales Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:

You will be covering customers in the Australasia, South Africa and New Zealand territory, with regular travel for up to 4/5 weeks at a time every 3/4 months. No cold calling. 99/100 times you will be passed on warm leads by the sales department. The main focus will be speaking to the clients to aid their requirements, look at machines, consult them and give them the best possible solution.

  • Communicate with many internal departments like production, engineering, shipping & accounts to ensure smooth running of projects.
  • Become an expert on the world leading processing machines and services

The successful Internal Sales Coordinator will have:

  • 1-3 years experience in a technical sales role
  • A degree in Engineering or Business
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as an individual as well as a team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
